Bb auto does not keep their word for price vs waiting time. I was told that 120dollar for 45-60 mins and 100dollar for 60-90min. Eventually i was charged 120 for longer than 90 mins wait. Tried to argue for refund extra money I paid, since not get the service I paid for. The supervisor kept beating around the bush, saying ok we can fix this later since financial was off today, no answer call next day. At end of the week, the supervisor just denied what she claimed. Definitely it is not a trustworthy towing company.

Never showed up and THEY ARE STILL TRYING to charge my card for the services that never arrived. The estimated arrival time was 35-45 minutes for a jumpstart. After waiting for an hour in the middle of the night, i called back and received a disconnected dial. Called back several times only to receive the same dial tone. Still haven't been able to reach anyone.

Had a flat tire on my audi q5, guy shows up and doesn't not know how to replace Q5 tire, spare tire needs to air compressed, and replaced with the special key. Finally got towed by paying $250.00 for 5-6 miles.
I would not recommend for replacing a flat tire, looking at their response , wont refer for Towing as well.

So unprofessional. We called for a tow that was blocking a one-way. They said 10min they will be there, then we waited half an hour. called back and they said their eta was now 15min. then we waited another half and hour, and called them back for them to say they’re 10min away again and the driver will call us in the next few minutes. We had no choice but to wait. the driver never called us and we called the towing service representative again and they put us on hold for a long time. then they told us the driver will call us. he calls us and says 20minutes. this company is unprofessional in providing

I had a flat tire and didn't have a spare tire for my modded car. They charged $130 despite only towing my car half a mile to a nearby tire shop. They require your credit card number first before you get serviced.
My tow guy made a bunch of excuses and demanded that I paid him an extra $50 cash or he would report back to the company for an extra $80 charge due to the hassle of towing my car. I agreed since I had somewhere else important that I needed to be.
I regret contacting this company in the first place and wish that I had gone with another towing service instead.

The way they trick you they give you two prices and then they add both prices when they drop your car off then they threaten you that they're going to tow your car away and put it in storage if you don't pay very unprofessional very sneaky very unhappy do not use this towing company they treat people like garbage

Definitely do not go with this company Negative stars. I did not check yelp and that was my mistake. They quoted me a price of 95$ to tow 3.4 miles and then said driver would arrive within 45 mins. 50 mins later , they call saying the driver wanted a higher price. This is poor business practice so I complained and was on hold and called back multiple times within 20 minutes. After 1.5hrs of waiting they tell me there is no driver available.
Had to call a different company at the end of it.

The dispatcher for this company is very rude and makes you give your credit card information before they send a truck and they will charge you if you get your car running or someone else helps you. They told me my wait would be 25-35 minutes for the driver. After waiting 45 minutes I called and she said it would be another 45 minutes and that she is "giving me permission" to call another company. No apologies, of course. It was like I was talking to someone at the DMV. A tow truck from United Towing showed up by coincidence and totally saved the day. They only charged my $80 and

Worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. When you advertise on your website that you have friendly staff waiting to assist then maybe you should deliver. I called to get a quote on a tow and the unfriendly staff replied, "call me when you're ready." Everyone else was happy to give a quote, makes your business any different? I believe everyone wants to know the price before they accept any kind of service from anyone. Business lost is another businesses gain!!!
