USE SOMEONE ELSE. they arrived two hours late, charged me twice what they said for NO additional work. When i called to get the price adjusted, they said they told me the right price and sent me the call recording THAT QUOTES THE WRONG PRICE. when i pointed it out, they said they would give me half the difference back. a month of trying to deal with them, calls and emails go unreturned, and I AM DONE.
update: its been three weeks since this review and i got a reply from the owner last night at 3am on a sunday. i previously sent 8 emails that went unreturned- and more calls. i have spent too much

I called Towing Patriots for help with a flat tire that I did not know how to change. They where immediately concerned for my safety. They sent out a driver named Jimmy who was very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. I am very thankful for the wonderful service and will recommend Towing Patriots to anyone that is stranded.
