Services
Can I refer myself to Core Rehab? As long as your insurance doesn't require a referral, we are happy to see you without a referral. If your insurance requires a referral, please have one prior to the first visit. What should I bring to the first visit? Please bring your medical information, a medication list, completed intake history, and results of any recent (1 year) testing such as x-rays or MRI.
Any patients with pain should be evaluated to help determine the underlying cause of the pain. In addition we try to help all patients off opioid-based medications. When should I refer the patients? As soon as possible, there is good literature to demonstrate that the sooner a patient is treated the better response they have.

I messed my back up a couple of months ago after an accident at work and needed to see a chiropractor. A friend recommended this location and I was not disappointed, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The massage therapist and chiropractor were amazing and really helped with my healing and getting back to work sooner than later.

I am an avid marathon runner. During my training season I visit the chiropractor's office quite a few times for either an adjustment or due to muscle spasms. Core Rehab has always been my go to for these services. They always manage to get me right in. Not to mention that their customer service is impeccable. Kudos to the staff for making their patients feel like family!

This clinic has very friendly and welcoming staff ! Everyone greets you with a warm “hello.” I think my favorite staff are the ladies at the front desk, Maira, Lucy and Peggy. Dr Chunduri and especially Lauren have been amazing at helping me get better after my car accident through the exercises we work on during physical therapy. By far the most friendliest and welcoming clinic I’ve ever been at. They even have cute decorations

As a patient who travels from out of town. Midwest Chiropractic in Chicago - Spinal Decompression Therapy Program comes highly recommended and is well known in Toronto as the place to go instead of opting for Back Surgery. With the combination of Spinal Decompression Therapy and back manipulation results are noticed right away.
