I was born in the Pacific Northwest, but my heart soon followed my curious mind on a journey around the world. It was in places far from here that I discovered healing arts that changed the course of my life. I discovered Yoga at an early age, and added Qi Gong to my daily practice while traveling to the Far East.

I recently started to see Kathy monthly, and I wish I could go more often! I get so excited because it truly feels like an escape. I love that she addresses quite a few concerns at one time and will tell you what points correlate with what you're working on. I especially appreciate she's so adaptable if there is a tender spot you can't quite handle yet.
I love this so much because it is the closest I have ever come to meditation and the most relaxed hour of my month. Stress, anxiety, and fear melt away under Kathy's care.

I have been seeing Kathy Nordgren for several years for everything from lower back pain to allergies to foot pain. She's an experienced practitioner who listens to you, asks questions and designs a plan for you. I recently had a session that made a world of difference in my pain level and I am so grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I was in a serious car accident several months ago and was referred to Kathy for acupuncture. Kathy is very skilled in her craft and also is incredibly kind, professional and present with every session. I have had tremendous results in pain relief and anxiety from my time with her. She is really invested in the healing of her clients and she really listens and then applies her knowledge with much love and skill. After leaving a session with her I always feel incredible. I am so grateful I found her healing skills. Having her treat me has also lead to favorable results in other areas of my health

I saw Kathy for the first time two weeks ago. I had been having frequent and excessive hot flashes for months that were interfering with my sleep and leaving me tired, irritable, and unable to concentrate. After the first treatment, the hot flashes were far less frequent and would fizzle out after 2-3 minutes (I was previously having them every hour or two and they would last 15-20 minutes). After my second treatment last week, my hot flashes are GONE. I can hardly believe acupuncture worked so well and so quickly! I had my very first ever acupuncture with Kathy yesterday and I am hooked!!!! She really took the time to listen to me and all my concerns. You feel so comfortable talking and sharing with her. Her office is warm and inviting, and she explains everything she is doing and why. I left yesterday feeling like the world had been lifted off my shoulders and like I was walking on clouds. I am so excited for my next appointment with her!

Well . . . Kathy is incredible. Whatever I am dealing with she has the acumen to fix. Headaches? No problem, Kathy does her acupuncture and I feel better! Stressful family situations resulting in anxiety and depression?

Kathy Nordgren, is licensed acupuncturist and wonderful healer. Not being too fond of needles in general, Kathy walked me through the process and showed me that there was nothing to fear. When she treated me for my pain I hardly noticed or felt anything when the needles were applied. When she treated me for my plantar factitious she also used cupping which helped relieved my chronic pain. If anyone needed a way to treat chronic pain issues, I would recommend acupuncture and I would strongly recommend Kathy and West Seattle Acupuncturist.

Kathy is an amazing acupuncturist, the knowledge and wisdom she brings is nothing short of incredible. I've had multiple sessions (never painful & always gentle) with Kathy and no matter what I throw at her, she has no problem helping me out. One visit I showed up with heat welts or blisters from flowing source energy and without batting an eye, evaluated my condition and she knew exactly what to do. Kathy proceeded to help me release the heat with just a few needles. I am very fortunate to have someone like Kathy on my healing team! Love you Kathy!
