Windy's provides excellent and fast service! After I filed the initial claim, they handled all the insurance paperwork. My rear window was smashed and needed to be replaced, along with trim pieces. They ordered the Toyota factory parts for my 2021 vehicle from Chicago in the late morning. Repairs were completed by early afternoon the next day. I hope I don't need to use them again, but I will for any other collision damage. And, I will highly recommend Windy's to others.

I'm came to Windy's after a recent bad experience at a big chain auto body shop. I was expecting another negative experience, but was so glad I made the choice to go with a local shop this time around. Customer service at Windy's was amazing. Communication was polite, seamless transition into and back out of a rental a car through Hertz, turn around time was quick in the middle of what I'm sure is their busiest season do to winter driving conditions. I think any auto shop experience can be kind of intimidating for a lot of young women, but Windy's was excellent! Highly

I am blown away by the great service we received today at Windy's! I work for a local insurance agency and we had a client who was stranded, without a car, at another collision center. She was told it would be 1-2 weeks before they could even look at her vehicle. I called and the customer service they offered was absolutely terrible so I called John at Windy's. Already this afternoon he sent a flat bed to pick up my clients car and has arranged a loaner car for her while it's being repaired. He really did save the day for us here - he made a huge difference in her life today. Thank
