I'd like to give 5 stars to Carstop! Not only did they get me in this morning on short notice for my annual vehicle inspection, mechanical and emissions, but also pointed out issues unrelated to my inspection that I should address in the future. The employees, Sam, Jason, Mike, Tony, and Tim were pleasant and accommodating, answering all of my questions with professionalism and in a way that was easily understandable. I had my car towed in for an emergency tire replacement. They got me a tire in record time and took my dog into their air conditioned waiting room and gave her water. Extremely nice people and very honest repair shop! If and when I live in the area they will be my mechanic. Highly recommend!

After 5+ years of using Car Stop, I can say they are amazing! Edit: My response to the owner. I had someone else do it for less than 600. Keep trying to rob people.
I brought my car here for a 80 dollar inspection. The failed me saying I needed a headlight, a tail light, a tire, windshield wipers and control arms. All of which I knew it needed and asked for it to be replaced. They tried to charge me 2 grand for all that. This place is a rip off. Will never be coming back.

Bought a car not even two weeks ago was inspected there at the shop it really wasn't inspected I took it to my mechanic and this shop just slapped a sticker on this car needs work that would not have passed inspection when I called him his first response was he'll do the work why would I trust you to do the work when I couldn't even trust you to really do an inspection and keep me in the safe car

My first impression wasn't a good one. They weren't wearing masks first off. I felt robbed after i got my car. They won't give you an estimate, they wanna do the work first than charge you which i didn't feel comfortable with. My car needed tires, but they don't really look new to me. I told them about an 02 sensor and some sort of fan belt which is why my check engine light is on. They didn't check it or fix it. My engine light is still on. They felt the need to charge me for putting in a new head light bulb that i could of easily put on that i had bought across the street because my low beam

Carstop is a auto repair place you can trust. The mechanics are honest and friendly and do not try to leave you in the dark. They explain everything clearly and are happy to answer any of your questions - they even physically take you to your car and show you exactly what's wrong. The customer service is great, everyone is very helpful. I greatly… appreciate all the work that Carstop team has done on my vehicle and my mom's car. I have taken 4 different cars to Car Stop for everything from inspection to tires, brakes, fuel sending unit, ignition problems, etc. In every instance they have been square dealing and communicative through the entire process. There are never any surprises and their prices are fair. They stand behind their work and their customers come first. Good Garages are becoming harder and harder to find. This is a good garage.
