I had a car emergency this morning in an unfamiliar area, I called them and spoke with Joe who told me to come right on down. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but knowledgeable on all different makes… and models of cars. They had me back on the road in no time. I would recommend this shop for your usual maintenance of your vehicle or if you are ever in a pickle like I was today for sure. And I was kept company by there adorable shop pup Cali. Amazing service! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and HONEST mechanics! I was so thrilled that I chose to come here for my car needs. I bought a used car off of Craigslist that I knew needed a motor mount changed, and they did it all in a day, with the part on hand and everything! On top of that, they didn't jip me by telling me that I needed… all my motor mounts changed, like other places may have tried to do. Like Tammy below me said, they didn't take advantage of the fact that I was a young woman either! Joe was so awesome. He explained everything to me and didn't try to "dumb it down

My daughter Christina is a student at ESU. Last year her car was overheating. She called me upset and didn't know what to do. I told her the only thing she could do (safely) was to pull into a gas station… and hope they can help her. THANK GOD she pulled into Mark Grays!!!!! They fixed her car and charged her a reasonable rate. They DID NOT take advantage of her like I believe most garages would have when they saw a pretty young lady pull in in distress. Best place ever !! I stopped in for them to listen to my noise and before I knew it in a couple of hours it was fixed and like a brand new car again !!! I wanna thank Joe SO MUCH !!! It's definitely true when a woman takes her car in here they are very honest, explaining the problem and showed it to me too. I happy to call this my garage and my mechanics.
