Only giving one star because zero is not an option. Please do not send your loved ones to this place. They are grossly understaffed, under trained, and uncaring. My mother was there for only a few days before I got so frustrated with their neglect and lack of interest in her rehab, that I attempted to transfer her to another center, only to be told that the new rehab center would not take her because she had been exposed to Covid. Something that Copper Ridge employees never told us, and in fact, had lied to us about moving her to a part of the building to be "away from the people who had been exposed

My wife suffers from dementia and the staff there has taken very good care of her needs. Three of the people there that I have interfaced with are Julie, Clayton and Tara who are great individuals that have taken care of her. I would also like to thank Deanna at the front desk and Tammy in the billing office.

The entire staff at Copper Ridge health care center does a fantastic job.
Especially Tammy and Teresa in the business office. These two ladies have assisted me numerous times with Medicare insurance and Medicaid.they are always there for when I need help.
Love the nursing staff, especially Stephanie, Cece, Brian, Clayton. The CNA Staff are good at their job. Casey Ellis does a fantastic job in keeping the facility in a great working order. all in all a great facility.

Copper Ridge is a skilled nursing facility, with a rehab center as well as a lock down memory care wing. It takes Medicaid, so many dont have family, but many do. It is a no-frills place that people can stay and basic needs are taken care of, either for short term rehab or long-term living, when they need to be safe. My MIL, who has a TBID & left with schizophrenia (not safe to live with any of us anymore, due to her psychosis), has lived here for close to 10 years. It costs several thousand dollars to keep her safe and cared for-this is why she is on Medicaid and will always be in a shared room

There were definitely things that were lacking when my father was a resident at Copper Ridge. While they got him up and dressed each day, his personal hygiene was not looked after. His hair was not kept clean or combed daily. His teeth were not cleaned and even though we were told there was s dentist that would come by to deal with dental problems, we never saw evidence or were notified of receiving care and consequently lost a couple teeth.
The employees were kind, but it was understaffed.
