Being a dental assistant has been my passion as I love helping people stay healthy. I am a mother of three beautiful girls and I enjoy spending my time with my family. We go to church almost every day. I moved to United States when I was 14 years old and decided to study to become a dental assistant because of the opportunity to help others.
We enjoy serving the communities of Ashburn, Leesburg, and Reston, VA, as well as the surrounding areas. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of every patient. Dr. Sundaram and the entire team here at Greenway Smiles are laser focused on serving our patients. Because of all of the amazing relationships that we've created over the years and continue to create, we love coming into the office every day.

Warm friendly pain-free experience. Had 5 teeth extracted no problems no pain great people very accommodating all around great experience would recommend it to anybody. Dr.Sundaram has been our family dentist for over 2 yrs now. She is very friendly and handles the procedures with extreme care. Every step of the way, she kept asking me if I was comfortable and if I needed a break any time.
She also explained the process by showing pictures of my tooth in each stage and why the fillings have to be done. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a qualified dentist.
Staffs are also super friendly and very accommodating.

I needed last minute dental attention on a friday and every dentist office said they would be closing early and couldn't see me. I was freaking out b/c i knew my issue would get worse / infected if I didn't get help. Dr Sundaram and her team could empathize and agreed to see me. They quickly helped me out and saved me from a nightmare weekend. Great people, great facility. Very appreciative.

I brought my two kids and myself to Greenway Smiles after being dissatisfied with our previous dentist. Dr. Sundaram was very friendly and professional while conducting her exams. She explained in detail the results of her exam and what the treatment would be. The office staff were friendly and very helpful. They quickly scheduled our follow-up appointments and worked with our schedule conflicts. The office is clean, well maintained and very professional. Highly recommend Greenway Smiles if you are looking for a good dentist.

Fradulent activities with added incompetence.
I have waited more than a year to write this review. Knew the dentist and her family at a personal level as neighbhors before taking my whole family there including wife, 4 kids and my mom. That's why I struggled if I should write this review or not.
I learned many neighbhors are using her services so decided to make them aware.
If she finds a cavity, PLEASE take a second opinion.
If she tells you she can do Implants and bone grafting, run away right away.
I had stopped seeing her after my implant experience and then something clicked for my

No never again. Amazing to read the other reviews. The front desk clerk, an older lady with short hair was rude and just plain nasty. Really? Why would I go back here and pay to get treated in such a rude way?
The doctor is only after the money and does not seem to care about the patient. The estimated bill was hundreds of dollars more than the second opinion. Oh - this doc pushes her sedation stuff and doing all the work at once. Not for me. Never again!!!!

This is honestly the worst Doctor experience I have ever had. My root canal was a failure as my tooth kept hurting even after it and I went to the doctor( Dr Sundaram) personally multiple times and she said my tooth was fine until the fourth time after several months she suddenly says I should go to an orthodontist for another root canal because dentists cannot always perform root canals successfully. My question is, why wouldn't you in the first place refer me to an orthodontist? Make me pay for the root canal and now ask me to redo it and pay again. Sadly my insurance does not let you perform

I currently don't have dental insurance so I bought a Groupon to have a cleaning/checkup/xray done.
First off, the office looks so swanky. They have really nice leather couches, some toys for kids to play with, a little fridge with free bottled water. Their restroom has $5 handsoap. They really spend a lot of money at this place!
Anyways, the dentist (I forget her name, but she's Indian I think) was great. She introduced herself, shook my hand, asked if I had any questions. Of course I did, she took her time with me, addressed all my concerns. She took her time cleaning my teeth

LEFT WITH PAIN THAT WON'T GO AWAY AND HIPPA VIOLATIONS!
I am so sorry to have to write this negative review, but this has been a really awful experience for me and I feel like others should be aware of what they are getting into with this dentist. At the time of a cleaning in February Dr Sundaram told me that I needed one filling and replacement of one sealant. Seems like an easy enough thing for a dentist do...however neither procedure was completed correctly and I found myself in terrible pain. Two additional dental appointments later and my teeth (one in particular) are still not the same

Got a Groupon for whitening trays. We were in Monday at 2pm and were told it takes a week for the trays to be made and that we could come back after 2 the following Monday.
We came from Montgomery County, MD all the way to Ashburn for this and surprise, the trays weren't ready. The receptionist told us we could wait or come back and the doctor would make the trays in between patients. We had other things we had to do so this wasn't a possible option. We asked about shipping them to us and were told its a $20 charge to do this, even though this was their fault. Lovely. We'll have

Went here for Zoom Whitening coupon purchased online.
Everything was pretty good until the end. I had some sensitivity in a couple of my teeth and I told the dentist. She put flouride on ONLY those couple teeth. I thought this was strange but went with it since she is the dentist. Earlier the dental assistant said that I woul get flouride for the sensitivity, guess she didn't say how much...
Later when I left there was a lot more sensitivity, and I realized I was right in my thoughts that she should have put the flouride on ALL my teeth.
As for the whitening, it was so-so, nothing
