Services
Diana, our Patient Care Coordinator, not only is our excellent appointment scheduler, but will be helping you with any questions you may have about finances and understanding your dental insurance benefits. She also assists with day to day operations including patient correspondence and records. She began her dental career in 2011 and joined our team in 2013.
We started Esthetique Dentistry with a unique vision and mission. We are an oral and dental practice devoted to delivering oral and dental wellness using proven, state-of-the-art procedures that result in better overall health, a greater sense of wellness, and beautiful, long-lasting smiles!

She is committing her time to general dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Nishal is known for her caring and pleasant demeanor, which makes her patients feel the comfort in her care. Dr. Patel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from James Madison University and Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

I absolutely love Esthetique Dentistry. I have spent years trying to find the perfect dental provider. I have a lot of dental anxiety and finding a Dentist that would be patient and understanding has not been the easiest. I experienced nothing but care, patience, and welcomed as soon as I stepped into their office. They have made coming in for dental work easy and stress free. Every staff member in that office has an exceptional level of class in helping people. I only wish I had found them sooner.

This review is WAY overdue but this is seriously the most customer focused medical office I have ever been to. Usually you have attentive Dr.'s but the staff isn't great or makes you feel like you are a bother. Their entire team is focused on making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the follow-up call following your appointment. I now have my entire family going to this practice and I share with friends, colleagues, clients etc., any time a dental recommendation is needed because I trust the service results will be just how I describe it. EXCELLENT and definitely 5 star service

I have been a patient of this office for years now. They are very efficient and my appoints take less time here than other offices I’ve been to. I really appreciate the time they take to involve me in steps they think I should take and others as well. They are very informative so I understand why a treatment plan is recommended or not encouraged. I am more than proud to say I will be a loyal patient to this office!

I have been extremely impressed by the whole team here. I came in to their office on a Saturday as an emergency and they fit me right in that day. They were great about helping me deal with my dental emergency right away so I could get some relief from my pain. After that experience I knew that I wanted them to handle my future dental care. Not only are Dr. Patel and Dr. Talwar great dentists but they were so personable and informative. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well and I feel that they really care about each and every patient and make you feel so safe/comfortable. I highly recommend

Dr. Talwar is awesome! She's one of the top prosthodontists in Northern Virginia. If you want a beaming smile, she's an expert.
I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout every visit. She can also provide sedation dentistry if you need a bit more relaxation for intensive procedures. I actually got an amazing nap during one of my visits. :-)

I've been going here since 2010 and I continue going because the staff is beyond excellent! Dr. Talwar and Patel always do an amazing job and the hygienists will always give you feedback and information on your oral health. The facilities are very clean, up to date, and as soon as you walk in, it feels cozy. The staff will also never push sales on you and everyone is quite sincere. Booking an appointment is easy. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Talwar and her team. My father had been having trouble with his dentures and it had resulted in TMJ and he had grown weary of dealing with the problem. Dr. Talwar was incredibly patient with him in explaining the problem and working with us to get it corrected. He is now no longer in pain and much more comfortably. I raved about the level of service so much that my mother has also become a patient of Dr. Talwar and is receiving the same exceptional care. The staff are polite and courteous and helpful. They call to remind you of upcoming appointments

Dr. Talwar is of THE BEST DENTISTS in the NOVA area!!!! Her and her entire staff are super friendly, pleasant, gentle, and professional. I have been coming to her office for about 6 years now and the atmosphere of the office is so zen, it makes me look forward to getting cleaning and dental work. My wife and I have had the pleasure of being patients of Dr Talwar since we first arrived in Ashburn several years ago. Every one in the practice treats us like family. Dr. Talwar has always been most fair with the fees but most importantly she exhibits sincere honesty and integrity. She is not the least bit hesitant in making referrals to other professionals when warranted as was the case with root canal work. Something that no one enjoys but the practice's specialist never made me flinch.

Dr. Talwar refused to do my periodontal maintenance because I would not get done what she specializes in and is very expensive for me (patient) to get it done. She wanted me to get cosmetic dentistry done to fix my teethes' alignment which I am not ready to get it done now and I don't need to get it done now. She put her needs, requirements, and comfort above mine. I will not recommend her to anybody as I find her money driven and un-courteous and disrespectful and non-understanding and pushy on the treatments she wants to do, not about the treatment/s patient needs.
