We have used Jason and his crew from Thompson Floor company for several years, almost 10 now. He cut and polished one of our repair shops in north Seattle and has consistently maintained them by coming out and polishing them up every so often to keep the nice appearance. What a difference it makes! Our customers are always telling us how nice our floors look. We just had him do the same cut and polish process on our garage floor at home and couldn't be happier, their work is top notch. He is professional, reliable and honest. Thompson Floor was all scheduled to to do a $5000.00 job at my employment and three days after meeting with Jason the owner the company never showed up for the job. We have not herd from Thompson Floor and they have not returned any email, office phone message or cell phone messages we have left. You have know idea the work we had to do to prep for them to come and then when they did not show it was disappointing. Stay away from Thompson Floor they are exactly the opposite of what there website says reliable. Unreliable is what it should say.
