To qualify for a property, each person aged 18 and older will need to submit a separate application. Our application process includes a criminal background check, rental history verification, credit history check, and employment and income verification. Homeowners make the final decision regarding the acceptance of an application.

This place was completely unprofessional, never fixed any maintenance issues. Office staff always had very nasty attitudes. The owner/manager used my personal info such as credit info and income to call and taunt me and put me down, using my information in ways they were not supposed to be used. Just completely unprofessional! This man threatened to post my credit score and personal info on social media sites and show it to the public. Made very derogatory and racial remarks to me took unauthorized pictures of me and my family without us knowing. Just the worse experience I have ever experienced

We were the first to apply for a rental property before even touring it thinking our chances would be greater in obtaining this property but was told we had ro view it first. We set up a virtual tour and was told that many more applicants were also considering this property, its seems like an unfair competition for one property to be told that many people apply for 1 property at 50$ per person that sounds like a fraudulent scam for money and to be told sorry the owners did not accept your application....SCAM!!!!

DO NOT RENT 5800 Pearl Oyster Ln Fort Worth TX 76179. This property management nor the landlord seem to like it when tenants know their rights. I discovered bugs at the time I suspected termites and sent in a maintenance request with termites in the subject along with pictures which they responded by saying it was our responsibility as tenants to take care of the issue. I decided that something wasn't right so decided to consult with an attorney on what my rights are as a tenant and wrote them again in which Suzanne was very rude and completely disregarded that a request was made. We had recently built and purchased a home, and had to move a few months thereafter. We decided to lease our property and chose Metroplex to manage it. They found a family with which were pleased. The family took good care of our house. Following the departure of the tenants, we were able to sell the property, to a family that loved it! We appreciate the service provided by Metroplex, during the time of our leasing the house.

I’ve been a resident with them since I relocated to Fort Worth and it has been an amazing experience! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! They also stay on top of work orders to make sure the vendors come out to repair whatever needs to be fixed in a timely manner! I am responding to Brad Willis who left a 1 star review below for Metroplex that manages my only rental property for me. Mr. Willis was my first tenant and rented my property which was updated and entirely repainted prior to them moving into my house. Unfortunately they damaged the walls with holes, scuffs, unacceptable DIY repair attempts, etc. I have before and after pictures to prove the damage they caused, thus requiring $2000 in repairs in order to get the property ready for the next tenant.

I have been renting with Metroplex now for 5 years. Have not seen or had any issues with them at all. Every time a issue has been reported they are prompt and send someone out fairly quickly. I usually drop my rent payment off at the office and they post it accordingly. They also send me reminders if the rent payment is close to being due. All in all we have a great business- client relationship.

We have been tenants with Metroplex Management Company for 3 years. They are very responsive when there’s been a repair request, they have an easy online portal for making rent payments. Metroplex Management is the Best! Steve, Suzanne, Alyssa, and Mara all do an outstanding job. They are professional, courteous, kind, prompt, organized, and much more. I have worked with them over the last 6 years. They truly represent landlords and tenants honestly and fairly. Anybody that has a problem working with them is not working on the up and up. I like the fact that they operate in a fair manner, and they have systems and documentation in place to prove it day in and day out.
