It's the 2nd time that Greg Marsh from Get A Rate Mortgage and I work together, his industry knowledge makes the closing process easy and smooth. Greg is very honest, easy to talk and a straight shooter. Greg will never give his customers false hopes of a loan approval. I wish I would've been treated like those people writing those good reviews if they're real. Best of luck with Get a Rate LLC in Elmwood Park, NJ. My rate to them: 2 out of 10. I wish I can help new buyers/borrowers to avoid a terrible experience with Get a Rate LLC. I'd say this process was not the smoothest ride out there. But then working with people such as these from Get a Rate LLC, there is part that becomes terrible and upsetting. Be ready for false statements, overpriced services, incompetent staff and the Loan "Advisor" very unprofessional. It was a bad call

I would definitely go with these guys. My mortgage broker was Naumce (Nick) Marenoski and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a good rate and lower my closing costs to the best of his ability. I had many questions along the way and he was always polite and courteous and available to answer the questions. If I were to get another mortgage in NJ, I would definitely use these guys again (not sure if they do business in other states). I really think they are as good as it gets.
