Keith "KR" Raggette is an Air Force veteran after serving 27 years. During his Air Force career, he traveled the world over, experiencing and perfecting multiple cuisines along the way. Prior to his military career, he honed his culinary skills while working in several fast food, seafood and steakhouse restaurants, and most recently at St. Phillip's College Culinary School.

Our Delivery & Buffet Set Up Service members will not only deliver your food, but completely set up your buffet with Plates, Cutlery Kits, Serving Utensils, Cups, Ice, and, of course, our amazing Meats, Sides, and Desserts!. Local sales tax and a $25 delivery charge (city of San Antonio)is added to total pricing (subject to change).

The menu price quoted is based on the estimated guest count. If the guaranteed guest count is significantly less than the estimated guest count, we may have to reprice the menu as fixed costs must be amortized over the fewer attending number of guests.

KR's Geaux-2 Catering reserves the right to substitute ingredients and/or raise prices (with your input and approval) in the event that food prices rise substantially between the time of the signing of the contract and the date of the event.All of our events include disposable table cloths for the buffet, decor, and any chafing dishes and/or platters if applicable.
