Have you ever felt vulnerable? I was traveling, hundreds of miles from home and needed tire service. Matthew provided professional service. I would have driven on cracked old tires had he not pointed out the safety risk I was taking. I didn't feel pressured. I did feel like he was concerned. While I waited for my new tires to be installed, I could sense that this business truly cares for its customers by the way they knew each by name and accommodated each specific need. The guy was not very friendly. My tire pressure light came on so I looked on yelp and it pointed me to this company. I stopped in and he barely said HI and barked "did you buy your tires here?"
I said "no" that I was just passing through from Oregon. He said to come back in an hour. I was going to Sierra Vista anyway so I stopped at Jack Furrier. I was immediately greeted so nicely and they took care of checking my air in 20 mins. Super friendly customer service!!

Excellent price on a couple of new tires, they give friendly and efficient service. Tires were rotated and balanced surprisingly fast. No appointment necessary. I've gone to this Firestone location several times and I'm always happy with the results and cost. Tires are warrantied, so you know they can be trusted. Support local business!!

I had a tire that needed repair close to 5 pm on a Thursday. I called several local shops and nobody wanted to deal with it. I called these guys last, but in the future will be my first call. I told him I was ten minutes away and he said no worries, they would get me in and out as quickly as possible and for a decent price. I arrived and was back on the road in maybe 20 minutes. They were professional, fast and the waiting area is very comfortable. They also had decent tire prices for a small shop.
