I was very lucky, my car was making a weird sound and had pulled over on the side of the road to see if I could figure out what was making the sound. 2 min after I pulled over James pulled over and I noticed he was wearing a priority auto care shirt so I was happy to have the help. After talking to him I decided to bring the car into his shop. They did an amazing job figuring out the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manor. I’m so happy I found a shop in town I feel like I can actually trust!!

STAY AWAY. They installed the wrong upper control arms on my truck, resulting in wear damage to my tires. Took the truck back to get situation fixed. While looking directly at the clearly mis-aligned front wheels--severe toe-in visible--the mechanic would only reply "Everything is adjusted to 'spec." Tire wear notwithstanding, visibly toed-in wheels notwithstanding, the same reply: "Everything is adjusted to 'spec."
I took the truck to TCRII suspension in Tucson where they put the truck up on the rack, set up their alignment equipment and showed me that while the new upper control arms were adjusted

When I say this has to be the BEST car auto repair place I’ve ever been too !, everyone was so nice & kind . I took my car in to get a check before I went on a 5 hour drive to make sure everything was fine , they did a WONDERFUL job from the mechanics who worked on my car , to the receptionist , To the guy who owns the place . I just can’t say enough how thankful I am of you guys for helping me out last minute I really appreciate it . Any time I have car problems you guys will be the first place I call . This place is a rip off, do not go there to get your car repair, they offer Military Discounts, but will not give you the discount if the labor is over three hours, @ 105.00 a hour, they had my car for two and a half weeks, charged me $627.00, never called to give update, all contact was initiated by me, they got a fuel rail sensor from Tucson that took three days to make it here, last time I checked Tucson is about hour from sierra Vista. The part was $274.00, labor was $105.00@ three hour and no Military Discount, pickup car drove for three miles, turned the car off for one minute turned it back

Jeff and crew are always thorough. I thought just my front shocks were bad (over 10 year of wear) by he found a bad ball joint. Got it fixed and the ride is great on my 21 year old SUV. Paul rocks it by keeping the customers updated on status and cost changes of the repairs. The drive is worth it if you want reliability.

Brought a car my son just bought here to get checked out. They told me he needed a new transmission and other repairs and estimated $4k for repairs. I took the car to a real transmission specialist. No codes and no problems with the transmission. First of all you are not a specialist. You shouldn't play with transmissions. I will never come back and will recommend others to avoid this shop at all cost!
