Founded in 2007, Team Ghilotti Inc. (TGI) was established on a single philosophy: that a company is only as good as its employees. Since day one, that simple idea has been the driving force behind the way we do business, inside and out. Team Ghilotti brings generations of local, family construction legacy together with top performing specialists to expertly inform, execute, and evolve all of our service areas.
In 2018, the company suffered a great loss with the sudden passing of Glen Ghilotti. As the maker and master of the "no scream team" - a company saying that underscores our amazing internal culture - Glen's influence leaves an indelible mark in the hearts and minds of our staff. Those that knew Glen remember him as a happy and perpetual optimist; he was a fearless visionary that could make the impossible happen.

We are very disappointed with the lack of help your company provided when we needed the pile of dirt by our gate on Old Caz moved so CalFire could come in to do necessary mapping of fire roads on December 6th. A spirit of cooperation is what builds communities, but "Team" Ghilotti proved to be anything but team players.

I did call and speak with Shawn who was apologetic however that should be basic rule #1 for the workers to know that they are already inconveniencing us by their no parking signs, noise, and mess. Why would it be ok to block a driveway of someone who is paying
