All of our instructors are at least blue belts or above in Krav Maga. All of our instructors currently train in Krav Maga as well as cross train in various other martial arts. All instructors are federal, state, and child abuse background cleared as well as CPR certified. There is more to self defense than fighting, yes fighting is a PART of self defense, but is often marketed as being self defense.

Services
Ground survival consists of techniques to take the fight to the ground, stop someone from taking you to the ground, ways to control your attacker on the ground, striking on the ground, and weapons. We feel this is an essential part of a self defense curriculum due to the fact that fights can end up on the ground.

Jackie and her crew are amazing at making you feel like one of the family right from the get-go! Any time I got to work with them in any of their workshops I went to, I felt completely at ease letting any of these wonderful people help me figure out a scenario or try something new to me! I always left feeling 10x more confident in life. Period! If I hadn't moved away, I would probably be there today!

Best martial arts instruction that I've seen. The instructors are real, and friendly. They focus on krav maga, but the instructors obviously have other experience that they blend in as well. You can't beat the cost of this place either. Most schools charge you a fortune for mediocre training. Best prices I've seen for high quality training.

All of the instructors and class members are friendly and professional. All of the instructors (Jackie, Brian, and Jim) have experience in other arts as well such as muay thai , BJJ, and Karate which adds to the quality of instruction. If you're looking to learn Krav Maga in a fun, supportive environment at a reasonable cost I recommend you check them out!

One of the best martial arts studios I have ever trained at! The staff is very courteous, and attentive. First timers aren't treated any different than those who have trained for years. The Instructors will do whatever it takes to give everyone the proper training, as well as a great attitude. Do not be afraid to visit, and if you train elsewhere, come on by and share your knowledge with us!!
