Would not recommend Mark Flores to anyone. You sign a contract with him hoping he can handle your case, he barely calls back for the next two years. Doesn't help with medical bills. Mark has zero connections to speak of. If you ask him to recommend a doctor he will tell you to seek one out on your own and keep the receipt for the end of the case. You sign up with Mark and you make a mistake. Choose anyone else.

I come from a culture where we do not sue each other. Any issues, especially civil ones, are dealt with integrity of the parties involved, and settled with mindfulness of others, fairness and honor.

In 2014 I was hit by a car while commuting on my bicycle to work.
