We used Peggy's services to sell our home and then again to buy our next home. The service we received exceeded every other realtor that we had ever worked with in the past. Peggy's attention to detail and generosity of time and spirit made working with her a pure pleasure. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
When we did find the perfect house, she crafted our discussions just right and, truly, she got us that house. Her knack for knowing how to negotiate and craft discussions with just the right mix of business and emotional draw is truly unique and effective. In short, with any other agent, it is unlikely we would be living in the house of our dreams.

Services
Peggy has lived, and worked on the Eastside of Lake Washington for companies like Microsoft, a marine conservation non-profit and a local gourmet food distributor, before starting a career in real estate. Back in 2005, she had a small family business that bought, remodeled and sold homes. As the market changed, Peggy shifted easily into residential sales where she also found a passion for working with the senior community.

I want to personally express my gratitude to you for assisting me on the sale of my father's home. This was an emotional journey for me, therefore your professional advice, understanding and patience with me are greatly appreciated. Not to mention keeping the line of communication between California, Kentucky and Utah was a task you completed amazingly trouble free.
Lake Hills reminds me of a utopian village that I read about in one of Barbara Kingsolver's books, although I don't remember which one. A place of diversity where everyone is welcome. Maybe that's because more than 50% of it's residents were born in another country, while the rest of us identify with our Asian, Mexican, European or African roots.
Woodridge is composed of two communities: Woodridge Hill and Norwood Village, which borders 405 and I90. On the hill you will find mostly mid-century ramblers with and without basements, some with incredible city and lake views. There are also a fair number of townhomes and condos. Since the economy bounced back, you will also find a number of new construction homes and elegant remodels.
