As a first time home buyer, working with Kale made the process less overwhelming! He was very knowledgable, patient and responsive. Imagine having a realtor that literally listens to what you need and answers any random silly question you may have as a first time buyer... That is Kale Corey!! When I met Kale, I immediately knew that I would enjoy working with him. He is kind, funny, personable, and CLEARLY knows his stuff! He took the time to get to know my fiancé and I to get a good understanding of what we were looking for. He was always very quick to respond when we had questions, found listings we were interested in, or wanted to schedule a time to look at homes.

We had the pleasure of working with Kale on the sale of our condo. I was very impressed with Kales professionalism. Kale makes the process stress free from the start. Painting, carpet installation and staging were all set up and finished within 1-2 weeks! The staging was so beautiful! Immediately had 21 showings and 4 offers. Kale is hands down the best of the best! When we decided to sell our home and relocate out of state we called upon Kale to get the job done. He handled everything from the staging to all of the tedious tasks to get the home ready for market. Within a few short days, we flew back up to a sold sign in our yard.
