Compassionate, caring, and most important, professional in every aspect. Have been to many funerals at Bradley, but was a part of one today as a pallbearer. Very discreet in the handling of everything as emotions were high. The "crew" assigned to handle the Buss-Hesse funeral were extremely professional in every step of the way. Take a bow gentleman. You couldn't ask for anything more, especially in a time of crisis.
