I started seeing Dr. Cheek-Hill in the summer after my first year of college. My experience there was great from beginning to end. Dr. Cheek-Hill always took her time to make sure that my teeth looked perfect and everyone on the staff did the same. What I remember more than their patience and attention to my teeth though, was how kind everyone always was to me.

All three of our kids are patients of Dr. Cheek-Hill and we couldn't be happier with the treatment and care she and her staff provide. There are other orthodontists that are closer in proximity to our home and schools but we choose to come to her. Her attention to detail, professionalism and her ability to create wonderful smiles are priceless!

I greatly respect and admire Dr. Cheek-Hill. Not only is she a brilliant doctor, with impeccable credentials but she is a fantastic person as well. She genuinely cares about each of her patients, and it shows. My daughter had a very complicated orthodontic case. In addition to braces, she required major surgery at UNC hospital to correct malformations in both of her jaw bones. Dr. Cheek-Hill was invaluable during this process. She coordinated treatment seamlessly with the surgeon and constantly monitored my daughter to make sure her treatment was on schedule. I will never forget how caring and

This office is refreshingly full of kind smiles and encouraging words. It is always a joy to visit with Dr. Cheek Hill and her staff. They go the extra mile in making everyone feel welcomed. There is much effort in personal care. Their work is great- we’ve had 3 beautiful smiles transformed by Cheek-Hill Orthodontics. Making and rescheduling appointments has always been a breeze. This is definitely a time and cost efficient office. We can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with our experience here. It is 5 star in kindness and quality care.

Dr. Cheek-Hill and her staff are caring, friendly and supportive. My daughter even completed her treatment plan early because she was encouraged and taught the importance of caring for her teeth and braces. Dr. Cheek-Hill has been very complementary and that does a lot to boost a 12/13 year old's confidence. The office is clean, bright and laid-out well. Appointment times were usually during school for us but we never had a problem getting in and were always accommodated if there was an issue (ex. loose retainer from wearing it frequently and properly). My daughter smiles all the time now and LOVES

I met Dr. Cheek-Hill for an evaluation in January 2016. I was 66 years old at that time and anxious about braces. She was very thorough about the process. She provided all options that would work for my dental issues. She kept me apprised of any changes and communicated with my dentist. Compliance with my dental hygiene was very important. My anxiety level decreased significantly once I knew what to expect. The staff was terrific and very professional. I had my braces about 2 years. The end result is wonderful. I have a new smile and I love it. I highly recommend Dr. Cheek-Hill as your orthodontist

It's a great practice and would recommend Dr. Cheek-Hill. The reason why I'm only giving 2 stars is because the practice is so busy. In order to get an after school appointment, they are booking out to 8 or more weeks. They usually want to see follow up for 5-6 weeks. It comes down to first come first serve, which is unfair. They need to have a better booking system.

My 13 year got braces today! He has been so excited and anxiously awaiting for a couple years. Our visit to Cheek Hill was amazing. We arrived a little early and were immediately in a chair and getting hooked up literally.
Within one hour we were all set and out the door. Staff and Doc are amazing! You should see there offices! I highly recommend.
