I have been an orthodontist in Cary since 1995 and I love my profession on many levels. I problem-solve complex cases, work with my mind and my hands, and am surrounded by wonderful people every day. I see a diverse population of patients of all ages with a wide variety of hopes, dreams, and interesting life stories.

Dr. Bernstein and his staff are amazing!! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your smile and dental health, Dr. B will not let you down. The office is clean, treatments are affordable, they’re flexible with scheduling, and everyone is SO friendly. You will be well taken care of through your whole treatment. You cannot find a better orthodontic practice than this in Cary! Very conservative approach to your child’s correction plan…when many would have suggested for our older son to have two sets of braces or jaw surgery - they said “wait and see”. We did and he did not have to endure a painful surgery and we didn’t waste thousands by just putting on one set of braces for a slightly longer time (over two sets which is often not necessary)! Both our sons have had treatment here - super friendly/professional staff and doctors, they get it done and know how to communicate with teens especially

I have had my best dental experience at this practice I had two other ortho consultations for my daughter. Dr. Bernstein was able to create a treatment plan for my daughter that gave her a beautiful smile with a much much better results that we expected. They treated me and my daughter like their family. They are honest, and caring. They understood our needs and treated us in timely manner.

I guess you could say we are seasoned veterans with orthodontics! Dr. Griffin's office is top notch! They provided ortho services to all of our kids and even this mom. Despite having braces as an adolescent, I still need use my retainers that need adjustments. They were great with both the kids and me as an adult and care about what they are doing! We grew with them from their old office to the new (not so new anymore) and still keep coming back for adjustments to retainers and most recently replacement ones. We look forward to sharing our smiles with them! You do get what you paid for

I took my daughter here for a consultation and was not happy with the appointment. Dr. Griffin wanted to extract 6 teeth and 4 of them were permanent!! I am a dental assistant with 12 years of experience and I know there are other options. He was not interested in any type of expansion. Then said we would have to do study models, a ceph and much more measuring with would cost $345! Total care amount was $6,999. I went to Dr. Nay in Morrisville who charged me nothing to do photos and a ceph on two of my children. He only charged around $5,000 and accepts payments with no interest. Don't

We are very pleased with the advice and treatment from Dr. Griffin. My three children have seen Dr. Griffin for evaluations, but only one has needed treatment. Dr. Griffin's advice and treatment has been wonderful with the utmost concern for maximizing my son's comfort and minimizing the amount of time in braces/appliances.

Dr. Griffin did a wonderful job with my treatment. He was extremely accommodating and flexible with his schedule. I had a special issue with my retainers (due to my own negligence) and he went above and beyond to help me. Dr. griffin offers outstanding care and is just the right balance of personal and professional.
