If you are new to the area, new to our office, or currently in treatment, we strive to make you feel comfortable and at home! Dr. Khara and our Dream Team of happy, caring, highly-trained professionals are equipped to answer any questions you may have. Upon arrival for your first visit to our office, you will be greeted by our administrative team.
I love being an orthodontist, and the opportunity it affords me to be able to meet so many wonderful families. It has always been my focus to "do the right thing at the right time!" Therefore, I treat my patients as if they were one of my own children. I am extremely passionate about orthodontics and am continuously seeking educational opportunities for myself and my staff.
Although I was born in Erie, PA, my roots are planted in Fuquay-Varina. I have been in dentistry, and with Dr. Khara, for thirteen years. Originally, I wanted to be a dental hygienist, but quickly fell in love with orthodontics. When I am not at work, I head off to my favorite place to be, Oak Island, NC!
Without community service, we would not have a strong quality of life. As an office, we look to be apart of our community and serve it's people. We hold and attend various festivals throughout the year, which gives us an opportunity to meet the wonderful faces that make up our area. We also provide sponsorship for various events, schools, sports teams, and individuals.

Today my son Lamar had to come in . We called this morning and got a appt the same day. Today he had Vanessa and she was so sweet and kind. She explained everything to me before she did anything. Lamar was so comfortable with her. The office staff are always nice and smiling. I recommend this place anything .
