It's our legacy - not "just a job." We are very passionate about it. Our family members have been independent insurance agents for over 80 years and have owned Secure Futures for more than 30 years. We treat clients as friends - with loyalty and respect - and are always available to them. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. I've worked in the insurance industry and know how difficult it can be. Max and his agency, Secure Futures, have been EXTREMELY patient, helpful, professional, and all around great to work with. I came to Max through a referral for Business Insurance and could not be happier! So happy that I transferred all of my policies because I know I can trust them.

The Ieuters have taken care of me and my family for decades. Even after moving away from Chicago I made sure to continue working with Bill. Max helped my fiancee and me through the home and auto insurance purchase process as we were closing on our first ever home! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of explaining our options and coverage to us in terms we could understand. Max has completely embodied the idea of being an advocate for his clients instead of just focusing on selling to them. I consider myself a thorough numbers based business owner and have been well represented by Max Leuter with Secure Futures. There are reasons to have representation by an insurance broker and Max recently exemplified this value in representing my companies interest with a large insurance company. Basically this insurance company was requesting a premium I didn't believe they were due and asked Max to go to bat for me and request an audit I knew I would prevail in. Audit now complete and just as I expected, I have a refund coming. Thank you Max and Secure Futures!
