John and his staff are ALWAYS kind, courterous and extrememly helpful. Very responvie, creative with their insurance soutions, always in an effort to save us money, not sell us more insurance. We have had a 21 year relationship with them, since we moved to Evanston. I would highly recommend them. I also recommend him to clients in our real estate company that I manage. Top notch for sure! JOhn once sat with my son on the phone for an hour helping him try to get government health insurance--did not benefit John, but he helped my son. Awesome.

Highly recommend John Roman State Farm Agency. We have our personal insurance and business insurance with the agency. The staff is fantastic. Rachel McConkey helps us regularly and it does not matter if its a simple change to a policy or something more stressful like a claim she makes us feel like we are the most important client. When you need your insurance company this is the agency (people) you want to be working with.

John Roman has been our State Farm Insurance agent for many years. We are very pleased with the service that he and his staff provide on the many insurance policies we have to cover our family's needs (life, home, autos, and renters). While all of his staff are terrific to work with, over the years, my "go-to" person in the office has been Chong. She is knowledgeable about our policies and coverage, responsive to our inquiries and needs, and remarkably patient with the "craziness" that is our family! I truly appreciate that she is able to maintain a sense of humor along with her professionalism
