Whether your real estate investment group owns a few homes or hundreds of homes that are rented out to tenants, Huntahome is a Dallas property management business that offers you scalable solutions. Every real estate investment group can benefit from having a local property management company handle the operations of their residential properties.
As a tenant, we know you may have questions about the rules and requirements for renting a home. All rental applications take a minimum of 3 business days to process. If you have not heard back about your application, please email us at info@huntahome.com to inquire about your application status. Like other rental property management companies in Texas, we have guidelines for renting from us.
Rental income is disbursed to all property owners on the 15th day of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, funds will be disbursed to you that prior Friday. You bet! Email your request to management@huntahome.com to collect your latest inspection report and photos. You can also request an additional inspection for a fee.
We promise to rent your property within 21 days or you will receive a 25% listing discount. Our property managers are required to have a minimum of 3 years in real estate management experience, take several courses and examinations in property management and ethics. Designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management, we are the top property management company in DFW that upholds a standard of trust, credibility and performance.
From smoke detectors to keyless deadbolts to sliding door locks, it's our job to stay up-to-speed on every rental code requirement so you don't have to - no detail is too small. All repairs are 100% compliant with the Texas Property Code. Every tenant is vetted using complete ID, criminal, credit, employment, and rental history (current and prior) verification.

I've been renting for over 5 years now & I have NEVER experienced a more shadier, greedy and unprofessional company than Huntahome.
These folks do not stay in communication, I called and emailed them for a week straight and not once did they ever respond to me.
They do not care about your well being as a tenant all they care about is money. They will charge you for things they have not even gone over with you.
Be VERY AWARE if you rent through these people. They play the godly act to make themselves seem like good people and they're the COMPLETE opposite.
DO NOT RENT THROUGH HUNTAHOME.

Tasha is maintenance does not care and consistently displays a “tough luck, deal with it attitude.” I would imagine she and everyone else with the company would find it unacceptable if they were expected to be without air conditioning for 12+ days in near weeklong chunks over a 4-5 week period during June and July. Actual landlord is 100x more empathetic and responsive.
Has had the audacity to say that lack of air conditioning is not an emergency and attempted to prohibit a portable unit.

Moved into our rent home last December. While it wasn’t our “Dream” home it was PRETTY close. What really sold us on the home was how awesome and easy Hunt made the process for us! Absolutely amazing service, communication, and follow-up! I'm very glad to start working with Hunt-a-home after a terrible experience with another property management company.
Hunt-a-Home is a full service property management company helping not only list the home, but also contact contractors to get the home ready for listing. There was constant communication between the leasing team and me with information about the number of times the home was toured, applications that came in, and leasing leads. My home was in market and leased very quickly during COVID-19!

Great service! Hunt and his team have helped me several times renting couple of properties. They have an integral business, so besides helping with the real estate transaction they also took care of all necessary repairs & inspections,at fair price and good quality work. They also helped me buying a house, and the were very efficient and flexible. I highly recommend them!

I have been with Huntahome since 2011. All business relationships have rocky parts but we have always been able to deal with those in a fair an equitable way. I got into the rental business as an investor to make money and my earnings have far exceeded my expectations.

Hunt and his team were extremely helpful in my process in finding the right management company. Hunt was available to answer all of my questions and provide clarification with the contract. Denied our rental app saying we didn't meet minimum credit score requirement of 525...we don't have great credit but we checked prior to applying on all three credit bureaus and it is well above the minimum! They were willing to give us another shot if we paid double deposit and first month's rent up front...but I thought we were automatically disqualified?! Something shady going on here....
The application process was stressful and confusing.
They are rude and unapologetic about being rude. I'm glad we will not be renting a property from them...who knows what kind of disaster

Huntahome has been managing my property for over 4 years. I can't say enough good things about them. Their website is up to date and user friendly for checking on the status of payments or repairs, communication has been prompt when there's been an issue, and the staff has been friendly and responsive. Very happy with them--this is my first rental property and they've made it very, easy.

I advice people to never rent or lease from this company. I lived in my home for 3 years before my landlord decided to sell and HuntaHome became management. For starters before my landlord sold the fourplex there was a family of about 8 that moved in next to me. They lived there for about 3 to 4 months. Later we found out they had bed bugs which of course traveled to my home. My landlord started treatment, and the this company assured me they would finish the treatment. Absolutely not! They where rude and very unprofessional about it. I had to treat my home myself for something I didn't even

Horrible. I called on 7/21 super excited I found the perfect home for what my family needed and was told that trulia.com listed the home too early by mistake and it was being renovated and she could not do anything until 7/24. I asked if I vould do an app early or schedule a showing 7/24 because I really wanted that house. She said no, she could do nothing! Well I called 7/23 at 7:30 am thinking it was 7/24 (whoops, just so excited I couldn't wait) and was told it had been leased! I immediately questioned the guy and told him what I was told and he said an agent would call me back in 20-30
