I had to switch my car insurance to a new vehicle but still keep my old vehicle insured. It was the day after a big snow storm.
I called State Farm and left a message. Kelly McKeon called me back in 10 min.
She took care of me quickly, answered all my questions and had emailed all my documents to me in 15 minutes!!! She also mentioned I wasn't taking all discounts, so I'll be getting another 10%
off.
In the crazy world we live in, and me being exhausted from shoveling snow. Kelly was a shining star, and super knowledgeable with all aspects of my car insurance.

Agent Gabby Costello, attended to my request today to make a payment, and was quite delightful. As a customer, her conversation pulled me in to thinking, hmmmm. My agent is no longer w State Farm, and although I miss her, Gabby is a great personality to be my new agent ! ...

We noticed that FEMA had an error on our flood insurance policy. We notified Gary at State Farm and he persevered for weeks on end to get the government to make the correction. He would keep us regularly updated as to the progress of his quest. Eventually he got somebody in the government to change the error and now our policy reads correctly. If you need insurance, please see Gary at Jeanine O’Donnell;s State Farm offices in Lewes, DE. Job well done Gary!!!

I had insurance with another company and I received my renewal and it went up $400.00 so I called them to discuss. It took over a week for someone to call me back. I decided to call other companies and called State Farm. The very nice lady who took my information and assured me someone would call me back and WOW 30 minutes later I had the pleasure of talking with John Peterson. He was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful. He called me back when he said he would!!! The price I paid is a good value but the service I received was OUTSTANDING. Thank you
