My family has lived in Sussex County for four generations, and I'm honored to serve my Millsboro neighbors as a local State Farm Insurance Agent. I'm in the process of moving to Millsboro DE, and needed to find homeowners insurance. I looked up agents in the area and found there were many. Perhaps it was luck, fate, or a mixture of both that made me call State Farm FIRST. I expected to go through the motions with the agent and move on to the next Ins agency/agent for more quotes until I found what I needed, wanted, at a fair price. WELL...I didn't need to do any of that because I had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Sandra Hudson at State Farm !!!! Ms.Benson’s office was a joy to work with especially Her representative Sandy Hudson. Sandy was professional knowledgeable and just overall a joy to work with. I applied for a HO quote for a house we are buying to retire in Millsboro and the whole experience has been easy and all questions, concerns and inquiries handled quickly and efficiently. When Virgil retired and Kim opened her own office we were thrilled to continue our business with them both. They and the whole staff at Kim Benton State Farm are simply wonderful! Left my agent of 20 years in NY. Found State Farm a mile away. Sat down with Bobby. He laid out different options for the house and vehicle coverage I needed. We customized a plan for full coverage. Payments were amazingly lower than NY. He followed up on everything and made the process seamless. Just added a second car yesterday. I have all my paperwork finished already. Very satisfying.
