Disrespectful is the best way to summarize their services at Sts Peter & Paul Cemetery. My father passed away in 2020; deed was purchased long ago and stone was completed long ago. Still, my mother had to sit through a sales pitch about all the additional things they could up-sell to her simply to do the paperwork to have the grave opened. Totally inappropriate way to treat someone who just lost their spouse of 57 years. My mother passed away 20 months later. They left the backhoe engine running during the entire grade side service. I got spared the sales pitch, but then got a bill demanding payment

We have a family Mausoleum my Grandfather had built at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery in which he paid the Archdiocese of Phila. $10,500 in addition to the money he paid for perpetual care in 1971, for repair maintenance. The Mausoleum needs work done on it and Stonemor refuses to let us have someone come in and do the work using that money. Money that has accumulated interest for 50 years

I would give less than one one star if possible. We purchased a headstone for my 16 year old son on January 2, 2019 and were told six to eight weeks. We paid the full amount that day. It took 6 months to get his headstone and only after the local news ran a story about the company's failure to get his stone for us. The stone we received is not even what we paid for. We paid $1,250 for a laser etched picture of my son. They gave us a glued on picture that has already fallen off his stone and had to be re-attached (see picture below). StoneMor has been informed of this and fails to reimburse us for

StoneMor's Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill NJ buried my mother in a shallow grave, 2" below the surface. They eventually disinterred the grave and made it deeper (so they say). But they did not allow me to witness the process. I do not know if the vault was damaged during the process. DISGRACEFUL, the disrespect they showed my mother.

My parents are buried at Holy Seplechre and some time back I visited and discovered a chip in their beautiful headstone. I assume it could only have been caused by a mower. Michele Calorio-Hepler with StoneMor could not have been more professional and accomodating. She arranged for an artisan to come and do the repair. We could not have been happier with both the repair and also with Michele's attention to this matter from start to finish. Thanks, Michele!

Waiting on a call from the general manager to see if this can be resolved. This dirt has been here for at least a week. There are piles of trash everywhere. Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Maryland.

I contacted a local cemetery for a "Burial Information Guide". I regret submitting this form as I have been receiving non stop spam calls from this company and not sure if they sold my number off to other companies. I suggest calling the actual office number of a local cemetery and not get involved with this terrible marketing company of "StoneMor Inc". A very bad introduction to them as a company.

Myself and many family members have tried for years to get results from Stonemor and Hillcrest Memory Gardens ( which Stonemor owns) in Rixeyville Va. the disrepair of the grounds, and Mosoleum and now a uncompassionate sales sign has been placed at the entrance instead of placing a respectful sign. Some of the headstones have been driven over by tractors, some are cracked one almost broken in half, stones sinking into the ground, the Mosoleum columns falling apart from rotting, the baby garden is so plain and depressing, vases broken, bent up by lawn mowers. It is sad to go visit our loved ones

Roads at Mount Airy Cemetery in Natrona Heights, PA are like driving through a mine field, the crew that cuts the grass forgets to trim around the headstones, when they do trim they cut into the cones holding the flowers, just recently flowers were removed for fall clean up and are being held so you can pick them up but they Don't know where they're being stored. Constant turn over of staff. I gave them 1 star only because there wasn't a zero.
