Diana Rios is very knowledgeable of the overall home buying/selling process, and she is especially well-informed about the current housing market. The decision to use Keith as our realtor was an easy one. I've have known and worked with Keith at Huntsville Fire for the pass 4 years and I know him to be all around great guy. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I relied heavily on his expertise in the mortgage and negotiating process. Keith also has a wealth of knowledge in home construction. I highly recommend Diana Rios. We live in Decatur and she never minded to make the commute to show us a house wheather it was to just show one house to us or 10. She was available to us at whatever hour we needed. Well Organized, great at communicating with us, amazing negotiator, and made everything such a quick and easy process. We thought the house we wanted wasn't going to be possible because it wasn't in our budget.
