Stayed there with a friend and this is the Worst management staff ever,they wont fix anything at all, no contractor trucks there ever,pool never open during summer. If any appliances break such as dishwashers,A/C,stoves,sinks,doors etc... they will not fix them they will just feed you excuses and lies, you will make a HUGE mistake moving there go to any other apartment near by.The office and maintenance staff have no integrity or morals as well as the company that owns this complex.

Honestly this place is not worth it all you is doing is paying for the location the communication is garbage my units hot water pipes busted and it took a week to get it fixed the ants are ridiculous the vinyl floor they gave me in my 1 bedroom is stained with yellow patches and they told me they're not responsible for that...(then who is)...I've had to fix my door knob twice and my slide screen door is janky as heck and there's dust mites all in the furnace bathroom and living room and all my wood in my kitchen cabinets are chipping and last but not least there's hella water

The staff is so rude and inattentive to their tenants. Defensive and always ready to respond without listening to the people they are supposed to be serving. Every time I go in the office they are not wearing masks and on their personal devices handling personal business. It’s seems clear they have had no training in regards to customer service nor any emotional intelligence.

This place has horrible communication if I could give 0 stars I would. They are taking people's hard earned money and wasting people time and energy. I put an application in for a 1 bedroom apartment on Saturday 07/20 paid the fee and everything and was told by Gwen that I should be receiving an update that Monday 07/22 it is going on week 3 with no communication. I finally called and asked about the status of my application and was told that Gwen the property manager would be contacting me shortly. I put my application in quickly because they had a special running and I wanted to take advantage

I've been waiting on a move-in date since June 14th. They checked my credit and approved me under conditional but couldn't tell me a deposit amount. So I came up to the leasing office myself to check because obviously they don't know how to contact people back in a timely manner. I came up there three times and kept getting the run around. So the last time I went I asked to speak with the new manager she promised she was going to contact me the next day and never did. So after reading the other reviews on Yelp I'm going to look else where.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The rent goes up, but the service goes down. The complaints listed in this thread are valid. Please consider other options before moving here. If you consider moving here, please ask them to show you the apartment that you will most likely occupy, instead of the "model" units that they use to deceive people with. Good luck with reporting a maintenance request. However, you probably will because the complex is deteriorating rapidly due to past and current neglect. It seems like each year the boiler goes out so there will be heat issues. Many tenants do

I'm so glad we didn't move in. First point- they changed our move in date and claimed it was the agreed upon date. Second point- we gave a $200 deposit and waited to hear back from them almost 2 weeks longer than they said they would call us back. Third point- we get out U-haul pack it up, head toward the apartment,(which they said would be ready) sign the lease, go see the apartment and it was not ready. It was disgusting. (Pictures included) I was there for the whole business day trying to sort this out. The whole thing seemed shady. Longer story short, they didnt have another unit

The women in the management office are SCAM ARTIST, They will day they told you 1thing, But you signed an agreement to a something different. HEAT is supposed to be included in rent, but a few months after living here they will tell you that you have to pay a separate heat cost. This place is horrible. The owners wrongfully evicted me. Stating that I owed $2100 in heating cost when heat is allegedly included in my rent. I was current with my rent at the rate that I was contracted to pay in my lease. So unless they increase my rent how am I to know the heat has increased??? I don't get a heating bill. Then they gave me 56 days to vacate. The notice was issued 6/4 and they set all my belongings on the front lawn on 7/12. That's only 38 days. As a result my tv, dining room set, lamps, and laptop were stolen. Well that's all I've discovered so far. I would
