Brand new apartments and some guy just got shot to death in the parking lot? People who have already moved in are complaining about the size of their apartments and lack of windows and paper thin walls with no sound deadening properties. They must have rented it with a blindfold on. Plus over a grand for 1 bedroom? If you can afford that rent you can afford to own a condo or house. The water bill is same or higher than in a 2000 sq ft home? The water company should be from the city you live in, not a separate company. Something shady about that. They look nice but this is NOT moving on up. Taking

The apartments themselves are nice and updated. But my specific apartment has no living room window which forces me to leave the lights on the whole day raising my DTE bill. The water company overcharges, my first bill was $95 and I wasn’t even home for two weeks. Walls extremely thin and the apartment is very small. I will say, maintenance is the best thing about this place. He responds right away and fixes the issue. Overall these are overpriced for a small space, no living room window, thin walls and crazy expensive water company.

. These apartments are really beautiful and in a great location BUT is too small for anything. One bedroom you cannot fit a dresser, coffee table, sectional, etc… there’s barely any storage.. no linen closet. They layout is dumb. You can barely fit food in the kitchen cabinet.. It’s just unreasonable. You can definitely find something better for that price. I just started my lease and I’m ready to move.

-Walls extremely thin
-$25 for a parking port, I’ve complained several times about people parking in my spot.
-Apartment slapped together the kitchen trim fell immediately off, you can see the drywall joints, you can visibly see a lot of sloppy stuff.
-I did email the front desk about the drywall no response.
-My neighbors repeatedly left trash at their door, emailed no response, literally had to go to the office about problem.
-No storage at all.
-Neighbor ALWAYS parks over the line! Emailed office, no response.
-Garbage trucks come EARLY, they are extremely loud and will wake you.

If I could give less than one star I would, but it's not an option. You can hear EVERYTHING! The walls are paper thin. No insulation. Forget about having any privacy. During the summer the air conditioner is so loud you cant even hear your TV. The prices have already been raised after the first year. Misc charges added on to rent. Bad neighborhood (attempted car break ins). Would not recommend.
