I was completely approved to move in. I was also told on the day of my apartment tour information I was never given ahead of time and that I wasn't entirely and can't move in. I haven't gotten my reservation deposit back either, which I was promised a refund.
Update: got a letter saying my reservation deposit refund was enclosed. It wasn't. Don't bother. They'll rip you off.

I’ve been living here just about two years and when I moved in I was happy. Living here seeing how people treat each other, the staff and owners have NO respect for the people living here. Now I’m just in a very bad place mentally all because management won’t get the rodents out of the walls. I talked to someone 3 WEEKS AGO notifying him that there were rodents in the wall. They were quickly to respond they’ll take care of it and they have still yet to even come out to my building. I also asked when will the hallway carpets be replaced. (They won’t be)It’s so embarrassing inviting new

Would not live here. Avoid. Management is inept at their job. Unable to tell you last deposit amount due even. Neighbors are loud and walls are very thin. Constantly woken up by yelling neighbors both in their apartment and in the parking lot. The whole place smells like weed 24/7. Front security gate is constantly broken or not even up. Would go elsewhere.

I don't normally write reviews because it can be a hassle. I currently live here and i have been here for almost two years. This place is bad. Not horrible but bad. Since i want to write this review without my own personal experiences then ill keep it simple. Maintenance is very slow unless its an emergency. At least what they classify as an emergency. The area that its in is the only real pro. The living rooms are a nice size. These are decent sized apartments. However, almost every single door is broken and cant really be fixed. It took them 18 months to lower the front gates to make it a little

NOT RECOMMENDED. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything. I swear the people next door were pounding out chicken daily, making it difficult to work from home, and then hearing other neighbors arguing with each other every other day was awful. Also, if you aren't into smelling weed on the daily, this isn't the place for you.
After "warning" the entire complex for a year that entry gates were being implemented, they finally did, and it was an unbelievably bad idea. This complex is off of Mound, one of the busiest roads in the area, with visitors, deliveries, etc. holding up

I would not recommend this place. When I applied for the apartment, my original start date was 7/7/2020 and I received a called saying that the move in date would have to be moved to 7/11/2020 because it didn't work for them. I agreed to change my date to 7/11 then got ANOTHER call on July 3rd saying that because of the holiday the vendors cancelled and the apartment wouldn't be ready until the 18th. I moved in on 7/18/2020 and was notified after I already signed the lease that I had a "small" stain on my carpet and if it bothered me then to reach out to the property manager to have it replaced

Entry gates were installed and it was an unbelievably bad idea. Visitors & deliveries would hold up the line to enter because they did not have a card to swipe in or the screen was broken making it impossible for them to enter with a code. Due to this, the line always backed up onto Mound. An absolute safety issue being stuck on Mound.
Multiple squirrels were living in the ceiling of the building. You could hear them chewing on the rafters and fighting. I submitted 3 online work orders, all being

Poor poor poor everything looks nice months later starts to fall apart nothing gets fixed even tho Maintenance lives on the site ceiling falling apart repeatedly reported ‼️ It sucks to have to fix things yourself seeing that rent is dam near $900 for 1 bedroom pot holes everywhere apartment/car getting broken into everyday we have a gate which has never been closed since I’ve moved in ! All they want is rent !! Pool is rusty don’t waste your time or money it’s better apartments in warren

Under the new management you get pot smells permeating everything, eviction notices on the wrong door added bonus they tell you dates for service (for unneeded work) then let them in a week early and can't figure out who they let in your apartment or why. Or they can't read the number on the handwritten note and call a completely different number (associated to your apartment) that doesn't match the number on the note remotely that they are letting people in.... And the centipedes are a thing... FYI new management was a couple years back but before they took care of you now it feels
