We recommend having your diamond professionally cleaned and inspected once every six months or if it undergoes some form of trauma, such as being dropped or hit against a hard surface. These inspections help prevent the loss of your diamond solitaire in the event your ring has been inadvertently damaged.

I took in my Diamond chain to get fix and they did An amazing job with the repair & it was the only shop in town that was able fix it as well talk about Quality work. Had a ring resized larger, when it broke I took it back, they repaired it. Then when it broke a second time, they had closed the business for an extended period. The jeweler that repaired it told me the resize was not the same gold content as the rest of the ring, hence the breaking. Not happy, paid for 14k but did not get 14k or quality repair.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable with a great selection of beautiful jewelry. The only thing confusing for me is pricing. When the staff is helping me they calculate the price always based on some discount amount. Anywhere from 20-30% off the label. Though with the gentleman who I think is the owner, he looks at the price tag and says 50% off. Maybe this was just a sale that was going on that day. I recommend this jewelry store highly.

Got a diamond switched here. Run elsewhere the diamond I had did have a laser engraving the one I got back was Dull and full of spots. Clearly not the same diamond I brought it to another jeweler. They said the diamond has no Lazer engraving I asked what I could do I was told to go ask for it 😳 I would Bet anything A huge bunch of the reviews here a phony

Several months ago I took my engagement ring in to be sized and was pleasantly surprised when I was told it would only be a couple days. But when I went to pick it up they weren't done with it, which I was completely fine with but they rushed through it. Some of the small diamonds had to be replaced & were a completely different color (almost black looking) than the rest. Ive since had to take it in elsewhere to have those diamonds changed. Everyone was pleasant, I just feel as though my ring was extremely rushed through and the work was just flat out not good.

I walked into the place and they were very busy due to Valentines Day but someone made eye contact and greeted me right away. Everyone in the store was kind and attentive. I felt very comfortable and welcome. They also had a beautiful and impressive variety of candy (jewelry.. lol). I needed a prong repaired but also decided to get my birthstone put into a setting. I just couldn't be more thrilled on how it turned out. Both of my rings were ready in 24 hours and exceeded my expectations. Who could ask for more? These guys are pros!!!! Go see them!

Customer service was terrible. I called for an appointment to see Moises, and the gentleman I spoke to told me no appointment necessary, to come on down. I did, and the ladies out from told me Moises is very busy and doesn't see customers. It would have been nice if the man on the phone had told me that. I would not have wasted my time. I don't… feel it's too much to ask to actually want to speak with the jeweler before I leave something with them. I wanted to chat with him because the ring I needed repaired is very old, and holds a lot of sentimental value; it was my grandmother's. After

Just walked in to get a watch resized and was completely ignored! And old man came in after I had been standing there and he immediately got attention. Will never come back to this place, had my ring resized before as to why I came back. But it is very rude of the small Asian woman to complete ignore me.

Just had the best experience here! I needed a watch sized. I used to go to Sears before it closed, so this was my first time coming here. I was greeted with smiling faces, and was helped right away. Watch was… sized within minutes. I expected to pay a similar price that I was used to: about $20. Instead, they did not want payment, and instead just asked for a $5 - $10 donation to their charity of the month. Amazing!!! I was so surprised. Local and family-owned business with the community at heart. Thank you for being awesome, Precision!

This is the best jewelry store and repair service in the area. The staff is very friendly, the owner is personable and they are very skilled and knowledgeable. I lost a small diamond in one of my antique rings and I got an estimate to fix and replace the diamond at one of the malls jewelry store and the estimate was $350.00 just to clean and replace the diamond. I took it to Precision Jewlery and Moses not only extensively cleaned and checked my rings (2), he replaced the diamond and mounted it and reinforced all the prongs for only $69.00 with 18k white gold. What a good job too. Love these guys

I called this morning to see if I could get my ring sized. They were super friendly and the jeweler said I could bring it in and he would size it in an hour. He did and my ring is so beautiful again. He cleaned it up after sizing and it is just as beautiful as the day I got it. I'm so happy to have my diamonds back on my finger! Definitely sticking with these guys!
