I found Time Square Jewelers a while back attempting to make adjustments or get batteries for various watches, for me the store is a ways away from my location and can be considered a hassle to find time, travel distance or fight traffic, but the ladies at the store are friendly, and any general work can be done fairly well & quickly for a decent price, and will set the time and date of your watch, especially if they are not busy or hindered by people walking in every few minutes.
I also like to ask questions about my items where one person acts like I'm trying to steal trade secrets, I guess

Times Square Jewelers has been our go to place for many years. We get all our watch batteries replaced and new watches sized. I have also bought a couple of cool stainless-steel bracelets. The ladies are always super nice, and service is always quick inefficient. Feel free to drop off your watches off and go have lunch or do a little shopping. If you are needing a buy a new watch, they have numerous styles to choose from.

They put a new band that I ordered on my Invicta watch while I waited. The price was very fair and the customer service was fantastic. They have my business for life.

Had to get the battery changed for my G-Shock wrist watch. The associate was great and gave me some great advice. Will definitely go there again for any of my time keeping needs. They have a great selection of watches and wall clocks.

They were so helpful, we got a watch band and battery for one watch and bought another. This didn't fit my husband's wrist which the owner immediately added links to. She was very good about describing the warranty as well.

I was gifted a giant golden watch that seemed more appropriate for Notorious B.I.G. Like the rapper, the watch had also perished. After an unfruitful fumbling with the battery release and several YouTube videos of watch battery removal, I resigned myself to professional services. After scouting out this spot (in the Plumb Lane Shopper's Square), I was tended to in a timely fashion (double pun intended) for around $12 to revive my opulent arm decor.

I went here to have a watch battery replaced. The employee was very friendly. I barely had time to sit down, as I thought the wait would be a while. She had my watch done in about five minutes, if that. Further, she had set the time and date on it. Last, it only cost me $11. Although I only had a watch battery replaced, the store has numerous watches. I will definitely go back here.

I had a jewelry repair. On Saturday morning I stopped by, we were shopping at Costco. My repair was done in 15 minutes. Beautiful

They were amazing in fixing my Mickey wall clock. They had to come up with an alternative solution to save the Mickey hands on the clock and they were able to do so. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff and quick service to replace batteries in my watches. Very reasonable $10.50 price for each one. I stopped by on the way to the airport. Highly recommend!

I've been here twice. First was for couple of missing pins on watches and batteries, and the second to adjust the link on my new MK watch that was purchased somewhere else. EXCELLENT customer service. The clerks are SUPER FRIENDLY and pleasant. This is definitely my go to place now for watches.

What a wonderful gem! The business has been around for years. I stumbled upon it through the glowing Yelp reviews and wanted to add to the positive comments. I needed a watch band resized and a battery for a second watch. My experience with the women working there was a delight. The service was fast and affordable! They also have a great collection of watches, clocks, and some lovely jewelry.

Brought in a G-Shock watch with a broken watchband pin and they fixed it up pronto for just $2.00. Highly recommended!

My clock was not working for me. A Seth Thomas battery operated clock my son had given me 13 years ago.
I was shown the workings of it and how to operate it. I was told the batteries needed replacing. Everything was checked and and set properly for me. The owner had spent at least 20 minutes helping me. I thanked her and asked how much for her time. She waved me off and thanked me for coming in. If I ever need any thing worked on I will definitely take it in to Time Square Jewelers.

Replaced the battery in my watch in less than 10 minutes when two other places passed on my Armitron as too difficult
