Love the customer service and friendly attitudes! We're from Eastern Nevada and started going to Hart's Fine Jewelry about a year ago. I needed some watch batteries replaced and while waiting I purchased a Citizen bracelet watch (my new favorite watch). I look forward to going back to Hart's Fine Jewelry the next time I visit Reno. We live in NY but Jeff came highly recommended from my fiancé’s family who lives in the area. Upon first meeting of Jeff he treated both my fiancé and I as if we were long time friends and was very pleasant through all of our dealings.
