As a veteran commercial real estate advisor, we typically separate practitioners in the real estate industry into two segments; professionals that truly understand their tradecraft comparative to what we would best describe as being “salespeople”. Professionals that understand their tradecraft serve as advisors to both sellers and buyers; they are rare and hard to find in the real estate industry. Steve and Cindy certainly qualify as such professionals. Steve and Cindy facilitated the sale of 65 acres to our family. We are grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and market insights.

My wife and I first started looking for property with Cindy and Steve several years ago, and after showing us properties over the years we finally made a decision, and are so happy. Cindy and Steve we very patient with us as we had a lot of specific requirements for our land. Earlier this year we made the purchase and couldn't be happier.
Cindy and Steve made the buying process very easy and with their vast knowledge of the area helped with many aspects of the process. We highly recommend Mountain Home Properties to anyone buying or selling!

Horrible customer service!

I called to speak to an agent about looking at some land we are interested in purchasing. The first time a receptionist took down all my info and said someone would email or call me back. A week later I never heard a thing so then I called again and spoke to Cindy, an agent and I think an owner. I repeated everything I wanted again and she was less then helpful. She made me feel like everything I wanted was wrong, that there was no land without restrictions yet I told her how many I have seen online, and she was just short to me in her tone. She again said she would
