I can understand why property managers get bad reviews. Sometimes people apply and they don't have the credit or references they think they do. I get that. And that's not the case here. I hired Foley- my folly- to manage my property. Such a disaster! Days to have calls or emails returned- inexcusable for virtually every interaction. Tenants told me he and Rita were rude to them. Dennis Foley helped me sale my mother's house. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in helping us get the house ready to sale as well as the actual sale itself. Prior to selling this house he was the property manager while we rented this house. His company did a great job on this as well.

He never would come and meet us, read the documents in the case with the landlord proving her neglect or look at the home for himself. The landlord refused to fix the complete mold problem and hired Mr Foley to evict us under false pretenses. We paid our rent on time every month, improved the conditions of the property and never broke a clause in the lease.
