Mr, Ryan did the exact same thing to me with my accident case as he did with Mr. W. over to my right. He started off all gung ho and as time progressed he backed up to a standstill and even put some of his work off on me to complete for him. I had a car accident and I went to these people for representation it was a easy case I was hit in the rear they kept telling me to go to Drs so I did and at the end when the insurance offered me some money he just excepted it without even discussing it with me and I told him this wasn't right and he said the check is in the office you can come pick it up if you want. So he received 3000.00 .the Drs received 2500.00 and I received 800.00 and after I paid my rent a car because they forgot to enclose the bill i had left around 450.00 . They just didn't care.

Tim Ryan was way more than i bargained for! I brought in paperwork and he took it from there. I felt so comfortable and safe. Truly trusted an attorney, go figure?? Then his staff....really?? Tim Ryan is not your usual lawyer. He actually spoke with me on the phone the day I called, gave me common sense advice and treated me like a human being. Stay away from this place. 'Forgot' to submit thousands for my medical bills (the lady he had doing my case got fired and half of my paperwork was not submitted). This place is so unprofessional. I went in for a car accident and this guy just did what ever he wanted to. I kept telling him I was in pain and my car was not fixed right but he didn't care.
