We mostly dealt with Caryl Ann, but I would say both Caryl and John are terrible landlords. They are inconsiderate of the people they rent to and are not attentive to needs at all. When we first moved in I emailed Caryl Ann to let her know my frustrations of the condition of the house. There were dead bugs every where. It was clear it had not been cleaned. We had to change all lights out ourself. She never got back to me. I stopped by the house to ask about it and John was there. He told me it was a rental not the tajmahal. Upon move out we cleaned and left it in much better shape than we received
