Our riverside apartments offer an expansive living space with historic charm and a friendly atmosphere. The original red brick is part of the aesthetic charm of the apartments. A clock hangs above this beautifully crafted arched entry way from the living room to the kitchen and dining area. High ceilings and a large open concept living spaces give the apartments an airy atmosphere.
Since the mill building's renovations in the 1980's, the original owners have continued to improve and maintain this beautiful historic building. To provide a safe environment for our residents and a quality living space they can proudly call home. We are dedicated to renovating unused spaces into unique apartments and we are excited about adding 3 new apartments to our complex in the summer of 2017.
