I would not recommend anyone to rent here and i can't wait to move out this is the worst service you get for their over price apartment. i'm a current resident if there is NEGATIVE ZERO that's where i score them. can you imagine current resident writing a bad review that tell you everything there is no management and staff are rude and arrogant. they have to tow my car rather than call me and ask me to move it cost me a day off from work and miss very important children appointment. there is NO WORD. save your money and get better service somewhere else.

Great comfy place. However, the fire alarm goes off like once a month and evacuating the entire building. It happens in the afternoon, at night or possibly in the middle of the night (2 am). To my knowledge it is due to some unforeseen “leak” that sets off the alarms.
*PSA TO MAINTENANCE/ OWNERS* This is an extreme hassle for everyone that lives here. People have jobs and have to work for the absurd amount of rent you’re charging for this to happen on what’s now a routine basis. Please fix it. You have money.

Save your money! Not all that nice for the price you pay. They upped our rent by about $100 after only 9 months of being here. I know people living here that have almost the exact same 2 bedroom as me that are paying 1700. Within the first couple months we had to get a new dishwasher, fridge broke, new AC, toilet broke the list goes on. I would expect this from a place that wasn’t charging 1582 a month. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. I was in contact with a man that was leasing me a 2 bed 1 bath apartment on their facility complex. He stated it was modern, up to date, with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, central heating and AC, washer and drying, among much other. When arriving to sign the lease for this apartment it was 4:30pm and they close at 5:00pm. We were talked to through a glass door until it was time for us to sign the lease. We had asked multiple times to see the apartment before hand, due to COVID-19 we were told they were unable to show the apartments

My boyfriend and I lived here for a little over a year and it was an awesome experience. We rented a renovated unit, which was done beautifully! Anytime we had any maintenance issues the team was quick and efficient and extremely friendly. Plus Chastity, a leasing agent at the complex, was absolutely amazing, she is so helpful and so friendly, she really made our stay great! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment complex!

I have lived at Countryside for nine years and have enjoyed every second with no plans of leaving. The community is very quiet and comforting, in the nine years I’ve been here there has never been any concerning issues. I have always felt extremely safe here. The grounds are always kept immaculate and I have to give them an A+ on the winter maintenance. The parking lots and side walks are always kept clear and safe. If I have to call regarding a problem such as a leaky faucet or anything else they are right on top of it and have it taken care of right away.. The office staff and management are
