I dropped some pieces off last week to cleaned, sized & repaired. He gave an estimate of all of my jewelry, told me it wouldn't be a problem. Said ir would ALL be completed next day. GUESS WHAT??? ALL of my diamonds where polished & SHINY just like he said.

I recently found myself needing to get a ring sized on short notice. I live in the Belmont / Gastonia area and no one was able to do it as soon as I needed it. I found this Jeweler online and called Monday morning. It is owned by a lovely couple and he advised that if I came in with the ring he could in fact size it for me that day. SAME DAY service!
I left the ring for cleaning and the work and when I returned the work done was complete and beautiful. In talking with the jeweler and his wife I realized how experienced they were in the industry and how personable they were with customer service

Great customer service and fast turnaround times on repairs and cleaning. We walked in with my husbands watch which he gifted to my son. It was in need of a battery and we wanted to remove a link or two. The associate said they could do this while we waited. 5 minutes later we were out the door.

Highly recommended! I'm very pleased with the repair work that Pavel completed for me, including the resizing of an engagement ring that's a family heirloom, and fixing an antique necklace. The owner, Dima, is attuned to perfection and high quality work. Very professional and fast, as well. This was my first experience at Pavel's. I noted good reviews online and decided to check to out in an attempt to repair 2 necklaces. I must say, the service was exceptional! They were very professional, and the owner was really personable. On top of that, the price point was very fair and affordable. The owner also went above, and polished my jewelry back to new as a complimentary service.
I went there with the expectation that I would have to return another day to pick them up, as I had done with other jewelers in the past. Nope, he had them both ready in 45mins. I got my pedicure done,

I was in this store on Saturday, 6/27/2020. No one wearing a mask
(specifically not the owners) or trying to social distance. While looking at a ring the owner kept touching me.
There were two ladies in the small store w/o masks and we had to wait for them to leave. No sanitizing of any kind. Everyone waited in the same chairs and tables with no sanitizing between customers.There was a hand pump for hand sanitizer at the register.
Go here at your own risk. The owners do not believe in masks or social distancing!

Pavel!s is amazing, we go there for several different reasons, recently D created a wedding band for an engagement ring that was custom made from here a few years before, we could not be happier, its beautiful! I took a watch in for repair. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days. It took much longer. Typically this would bother me but Dima was on the phone letting me know the snags he ran into and it would take a little longer. Even after repairs were made he was not satisfied. He called me and made me aware of his concerns. He ended up replacing a crystal that wasn't included in original quote. This also took more time. He didn't charge me over Quoted price. What made me happy was when he kept saying he wasn't satisfied. " I want it to be right for you". His communication

The husband and wife team (Nataliya and Dima) behind Pavel's not only repaired it beautifully, but they also polished it up and were able to tell me about the bracelet's materials and likely history - really cool for a family history buff like me.
Now I have a beautiful remembrance of my Nana and a reliable place to bring more of my jewelry if I need additional repairs.

I bent a prong on my engagement ring. My husband and I took the ring here to get it fixed since the owner was the gentleman who originally set the stone in the ring. (The setting was great-the bent prong was my fault.) He fixed it in less than an hour and cleaned it for $30. It looks brand new!!
