Services
Allen's Jewelers is a family run retail store that has been in business for over 30 years. Our first location was in Myers Park, Charlotte NC where we operated for over 20 years. In 2014 we moved into the Cotswold area. Allen's is owned and operated by Karen Allen. Karen is a Certified Gemologist with the American Gem Society and a Graduate Gemologist with the Gemological Institute of America.
We greatly advise our customers to keep their jewelry insured and to keep the values up to date. Should the unthinkable happen and your items are lost or stolen, a proper appraisal document is invaluable in order to be able to make the correct claim amount from your insurance company. Karen has over 30 years experience with writing jewelry appraisals and has over time written thousands of documents for customers.
Our experienced jewelers and watchsmiths are able to carry out a range of jewelry repair work as well as watch servicing. We have been in business for over 30 years and have experience in all areas of repair and can offer expert advice for any query. Watching servicing and major cleaning is sent off to our Rolex trained watchsmith who will provide an estimate before beginning the work.

My husband and I took my engagement ring here to be repaired after one of the diamonds fell out. They promised I would have my ring back prior to my husband and I going on vacation, and they kept their promise! They also reinforced all of the small diamonds in the halo to make sure that the stones wouldn’t continue to keep falling out. Everything was very easy and the finished product is perfect. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for ring repair or any other jewelry needs!

AMAZING! We could not have had a better buying experience! From start to finish, the team at Allen’s was extremely informative, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! They made us feel right at home and gave us all the information we needed. While engagement ring shopping, I ended up loving a few different rings so we actually went the custom ring route! It was completely affordable and honestly really fun! Lauren did such a great job helping us pick out stones and designs, she was so patient and determined to find the right options for us! I highly highly recommend working with them!

Allen's Jewelers is fantastic! I loved working with Karen and Lauren. Me and my Fiance came in for custom wedding rings and they nailed the design perfectly! My design was Harry Potter themed and my fiance's was West Point themed. The pricing was good as well. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you have a custom piece of jewelry in mind.
