I have been renting a home through JWB for over a year now and I love it, I went from paying $1600 for a townhouse with a different company and they did monthly inspections with JWB I get the freedom to live like it is my own home and nobody bothers me. Anytime I’ve had financial issues they worked with me every time, I didn’t have to explain myself they understood. I had no credit, and with an extra deposit I was able to still get my own place. I'm into my 3rd year with this property management company (JWB) and they have been the best that I've ever been in business with! My PM (property manager) Alyssa Simmons has been nothing but professional and helpful with all of my needs. They have an incredibly responsive team that is there helping us even through these tough years. My lease transferred over to JWB and I was so grateful that no changes were made. There were a few issues at first but its normal since we were getting the process together. Adam has been a great help, and has gone above and beyond in assisting me. He is very quick to respond to his emails, and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is resolve in a timely manner. I really appreciate all of the help!!

Kyle is my Property manager and anytime I have an issue he’s quick to assist me. He’s very understanding that life happens. Kyle was also supportive when I called and asked about painting the interior of the property. He is so sweet and nice. This company helped me. I’m in the military and moving is so frustrating having young children so the fact they offer 2/3 year lease agreements is amazing. I don’t have to constantly uproot my kids each year to move. We transitioned from another local property management and JWB had assumed our existing lease, we were terrified since our last had been great to us. JWB comes in and were prompt and professional while at our old property; I dare say better since they were so streamlined! So much so, when it was time to relocate, we sought EXCLUSIVELY a JWB property. The application process and online portal are so user friendly and the remote lease signing was a breeze with expectations of both parties very precise. Questions? Answered.
