I was staying with my boyfriend in their 1bd rm and then moved to their 2 bed I lived there for a total 14 months then relocated. I loved the location, the size of the apartments and amenities were amazing. Office staff was friendly and super helpful. Everything was really great well except the roaches they were NOT in all apartments.. Some neighbors are just not clean peopl which management has little control over.

Cannot trust what they put on their website. You can apply for a home, pay the fees and everything for a home that says available now and then be told that the home is actually not available and they don't have anything until a month later than what you expected.

When I come here my duration of stay begins and ends with a lifted spirit, brighter day and a smile the entire time. Someone special to me stays here. Might think of signing a 3 month lease to see how living so close would effect my day to day concerning my mental health.

I used to live here for 6 years. I didn’t have any issues. I didn’t have roaches. My townhome was sprayed every month. The people that saying they had roaches was either dirty or their neighbor was filthy dirty. The management is nice. The only reason I moved because I wanted something newer. Now that it’s remodeled I’m considering going back.

Affordable. Friendly management and staff. Good neighbors for the most part. They make effort to keep riffraff out. Coming and going can be a nightmare n the morning and evening during the school year due to all of the traffic. That is the only real setback though. For an older apartment community, they do strive to help their tenants. Peaceful mostly. No worries of criminal activity, and Hewitt police frequently ride through to keep an eye on things. Previously the Four Seasons Apartments, now under new management. Good management at that. Quick access to virtually everything in the Hewitt area. Pest control services regularly, maintenance is taken care of accordingly, and upgrades to the complex are being made. For example, the parking lot was recently redone. If I was looking for an affordable complex in Hewitt, I'd start here.
