I have lived here since Sept 2019!! Feel extremely blessed to have landed here!! Fredia is a wonderful manager, and cares about her residents!! Never had any maintenance issues!! She does what she can within her budget!! You know the old saying you can’t please everyone!! Covid has changed our regular events but what hasn’t it changed!! I am friends with many residents and we all are very happy!!

It is so sad how this Senior living community has gone down from its yester years. If you go towards the back of the Community, it is so overgrown it's like going through a thick forest. Management is a joke. It really does not deserve 1 Star but that's the least you can rate it. I would not want my love one living there.

Met Freda today..All I am going to say is to be very careful joining this community. Definitely do not encourage your senior relative to live here. Very overbearing and I was just inquiring! Going to find out who owns this place

Very spacious apartments and looks relaxing. I have heard from other people that there has been confrontation with manager/assistant manager. I online know what I've heard.

This is a horrible place for seniors to live. The manager Freida, is rude, condescending and not at all helpful to the tenants. In fact, I feel that she takes advantage of their age and bullies them. My mother lived here and I am so very glad we moved her out. This is after the pipes burst in her apartment and black mold started to grow. Another person said this, but run away as fast as you can from this place. They don't care about the people or care for the property.

We just moved my mother in law OUT of this community. At first glance, it’s a lovely spot. Management seems to despise the age group this community claims to cater to. They used to play bingo and have snacks and activities in the office/club house. Long before COVID, management claimed the entire space as “her office.” My MIL just got charged $300 for cable equipment I was assured was the property of the community AND we offered multiple times to come pick up the equipment if they found it NOT to be the property of the community. Management is short and utterly rude, no matter how kind you

Bad business ethics.
I applied for an apartment on 4/8/2019. I was called and told I qualified for the reduced housing rate on 4/26/2019. I signed the lease on 5/28/2019. On 5/30/2019, they called and requested more financial documents that I had already sent them. This morning (5/31/2019), I received a call to let me know I didn't qualify for the reduced housing rate and therefore couldn't move in unless I wanted to pay a higher rate, which I cannot afford. I was scheduled to move in on 6/1/2019. I understand why I was denied but they should have had this all checked out long before now. I am

I’ve lived here right under a year and I will move as soon as my lease is up.
Paying $20 extra for covered parking is ridiculous! Rent is too high for an apartment this old. Apartment needs new carpet not a cleaning, dishwasher does not get dishes half clean. I did get new flooring in kitchen, bathroom and by doorway only because they couldn’t fix a tear in 20 year old vinyl. Yard is -wait a minute no yard it’s weeds. Sprinklers did not work the past 6 months so any grass that was here died out. The new maintence guys do a good job on what they do. There are lots nice people living here

Looks like a fairly decent place. Did some work on the property. Only met one person who lives there, she seemed to be happy with it.
