Read the other negative reviews. Totally true! When you move out, you will NOT get your deposit back. I left the apartment cleaner than I left it but was told the stove (which I never used) was dirty. How could I argue three weeks after I moved out? As others have said, there are a lot of hidden charges such as cable/internet, trash pickup, and your water bill, no matter how much water you use, will be $50 or $60 (or higher). The Residence apartments are expensive, pool is always closed, the management is non-responsive, and the neighbors under you will be banging on their ceiling when you simply

I highly recommend living here! The rooms are very spacious and they have a huge dog park, as well as a mini car wash station. The manager, Victoria, always puts her residents first and you don’t normally find that anymore. I have mostly worked with her since I moved in and she is a fantastic manager. On top of everything, the maintenance team is phenomenal. Anytime I have had an issue it was fixed within a day or two.

Good place to call home temporarily. Not much on apartment living but the staff here are really nice and helpful. There are problems here and there with neighbors, some of which have absolutely no respect for you or the place as they empty their trash from their cars in the parking lot constantly as I have witnessed several doing so. If the people that live here would only be more respectful and mindful of their actions in other words care then it would be an awesome place. The only other thing is they need a new landscape company that will do a much better job at cutting the grass and cleaning

If you work night shift, steer clear of this place. They don't care about you, or your needs! I've been here since April and it has been a complete nightmare, resulting in me calling in to work 3 times. They re-did the stairs on the building and didn't notify us, therefore I wasn't able to sleep due to all the noise. I've told management that I don't have a problem staying somewhere else, if they could just notify me. Then they need into the unit to test the fire systems. I tried to coordinate a time for them to do mine around my sleep schedule, and they completely ignore my request, basically
